Shipping Services

Expedited: This refers simply to where you fall in the processing queue in our fulfillment center.  We will move your order to the front of the line.  Your shipment will still be delivered according to the carrier service selected (Overnight, 2 Day, etc), once we have finished processing your order.

Shipping Insurance

Overview: At Limitless Life Nootropics, we highly value the safe delivery of our products. We offer optional shipping insurance at a nominal fee of 2% of your order value. This insurance covers any potential damages or loss during the shipment process.

Returns

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unopened products. To be eligible for a full refund, the return process must be initiated within 10 days from the order date.

Non-Eligible Items: We cannot accept returns of open bottles for either a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Deadline: Any returned item must be shipped back to us, the original shipper, within ten days of initiating the return. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the refund or store credit.

Resolution Process: Our team will investigate and may contact you for further information. Resolutions include item replacement, a refund, or an alternative solution, based on the issue’s nature.

Limitation of Liability: Reports beyond the 10-day window will not be the responsibility of Limitless Life Nootropics. Liability is limited to the value of the affected items in your order.
